Job be gone!
Ahh…today I had my annual review. I was told I was doing a good job, but before they could lay a measly 3% raise on me, I quit! This has been planned for a while, it wasn’t just spur of the moment. I will be starting my own company to work with Zero Access. Yes the website blows - that is one of my first projects. Jen and I had talked about starting a company (Matchbox Media) to do web consulting. Perhaps one day Matchbox Media will spawn from Matchbook Technologies. I am reasonably sure this will be the name of my new company. Here is a tentative logo.
Anyone have any better ideas for name or logo? Put it in the comments biatch!

I would like to suggest “Deku Consulting” for obvious reasons. Your ad campain can have a catch phrase like “If you ain’t got the NUTS, you need Deku Consulting”.

Mmmkay…Someone please explain to me why putting your name on the actual logo would be confusing. People who are that stupid, would not be worth doing business with. The matchbook idea is a good one, but it is not as “catchy” if you just have a plain, boring pic of a matchbook in the logo. You need to at least have initials of your company or something ON the actual matchbook to make it work well (imho).
